Let us look at what SPP Web extension offers

When cuPayroll office will get lot of repeated calls on leave status, clarification on few salary heads like balance advance / loan, installment pending for loan / advance, previous history of increments and other classification (designation / grade) etc. This happens from both the ends, i.e., employees and management. This is the key reason why Payroll web solution is expected; so that every one can login to their account see the details instead of contacting HR.stomers ask web extension, it is because of following reasons

Understanding this exact requirement, SPP team has developed a web based solution to address this requirement which has following features

• Show Employee Summary: An employee can see all his details available in SPP like, contact information, statutory information, Salary details, Advance/Loan Status, leave details, LTA, Medical & other reimbursement details.
• He can apply leave online
• He can post a request for loan online
• Claim the Reimbursement
• Employee can get to know who is in the team, also team can know if any one is in leave in advance
• Team leader / sanction authority can know his team member details (employee summary).

After processing salary in Saral PayPack, the data has to be uploaded to Internet trough the applications developed for this requirement. Then whole SPP Data will be on Internet. As mentioned above, each employee can login and see his details. There is a concept called as ‘Sanction Authority’ in Web extension, using which employees can be mapped to their superiors who grand the leaves. When leaves are granted, it will be brought to notice of these ‘Sanction Authority’ through emails. ‘Sanction Authorities’ can then login and approve or disapprove leave online. These transactions will be happening online trough out the month and once the salary processing starts, this application can be put on hold. Further all the information (Sanctioned leaves / Change in contact information / Etc.) can be imported to SPP through specific utilities developed for this requirement and further salary processing can be done.
