Did you know that, you can email the payslips to your employees directly from Saral PayPack?

Yes, its true! Saral PayPack, has its unique engine, which internally generates the payslips and sends it as an email to the employees. All these is just with few clicks from your mouse. In this process, when the user goes for "Email Payslips" option after salary calculation, it converts the payslips to PDF format for each employees and looks for the email IDs of every emaployee through employee master. Then with those email IDs, the generated payslips will go to respective employee's email account within a span of time. Saral PayPack is accomodated with its internal emailing engine, which requires an one time configuration with your SMTP details to send the emails. Just with those details and an internet connection in that machine, payslip reaches the employee hand, without manual intervention. Isn't it simple...!!
