Statutory information will display the statutory heads and their amount from the date of joining to till date. The employer & employee contributions will also be shown separately.

Standing instruction details include the details of loans, advances, insurance policies etc. The Theoretical salary information for all the heads will be displayed for every month. Held salary information, Reimbursements information, salary independent payments like leave encashment details, leave summary details, other earning details will also be displayed.

Classification details like designation change, department change, salary changes etc. will be displayed. Salary details - yearly, includes head wise salary of the employee year wise (from the date of joining to till date), total pay days and present days per year. Salary details - monthly, will display the monthly head wise salary of the selected employee.

Option to export all these details to MS-Excel is given where you can select some or all of the options for exporting. The Employee Summary and enhanced full & final settlement check list is an outstanding feature where an employer can get the entire history of employee as and when required.

How to generate Employee Summary Report?

If you have Saral PayPack installed in your system, it is very simple to generate this report. Make sure that you have required data in your Saral PayPack.

Now, on the "Menu Bar", click Tools menu, point to MIS Data and then, click Employee Summary to open screen[Menu -> Tools -> MIS Data -> Employee Summary]

Now, in the displayed screen, select a particular employee record, click individual tab to view information. For example, to view leave summary, click Leave Summary tab to view details. If you want to send these details to MS-Excel, click "To Excel" button to export details to MS-Excel.
