Attendance integration:

In bigger organizations, management of attendance is a Herculean task, particularly when there are multiple branches, multiple departments, multiple shifts, flexible working hours. In such cases traditional method of managing attendance with hardbound attendance register is not suggested. With innovation of computers and advancement in technology there are lot of techniques and methods which not only manages the attendance details it also serves as the access control system, which will restrict unauthorized entries in restricted areas.

There is a big list of options available in the market place for efficient recording of in & out time. Normally these systems come with built in software for managing attendance, however considering the complexity and variety of possibility, cost effective solution for time management and attendance management is rare to see. Following is the list of hardware & Software methods to manage the in/out timing

Relyon Saral PayPack was customized to work with many types of attendance integration systems. Now there is still better thing about attendance integration, SPP comes with standard module to import attendance details from

  1. DBF (Any Version)
  2. MDB (Any Version)
  3. Text file

It can import data from files, which save monthly data in a single file or from systems which save data individually in file on daily basis.

So, if you are already using attendance management system or planning to go for a attendance system, then Saral PayPack would be your right choice as this is the only Payroll solution with such a ‘Standard attendance integration’ feature.
