Like any Industry standard software product, Saral PayPack also comes with basic backup and restore feature. The size of backup is considerably small when compared to original file and also SPP extends this feature by allowing the user to bulk backup / bulk restore which saves lot of time when you are using multiple files in SPP.

Payroll Calendar

Payroll Calendar handy tool to remind you important dates related to PF, ESI, Bonus, PT, Wages and Income Tax. It comes with default entries for know last dates, but it does not stop there it will allow you to add your own reminder date with periodicity’s of your choice like 3 Months, 4months, Half Yearly, Independent, Monthly and Yearly. Further you can classify the reminders on Act wise or day wise. Some small utilities with in payroll calendar like filter display and all make this feature more usable.

Favorite Configuration

Favorite menu is the utility using which one can list out the most regularly used menu items under a new menu ‘Favorite menu’. This works out handy when you feel little uncomfortable remembering menu items from regular design as SPP is has many menu items.

Interest Calculator

Although it was designed to address Interest calculation during management advance / loan. It is such a popular toll that users use it for calculating interest for various things like vehicle loan which they are personally taking. This tool is useful to calculate either of Principal amount / interest rate / Number of installments / Installment amount. Also interest can be calculated by adopting either simple interest or compound interest.

These kinds of features will be available in most of the software’s. Specialty of SPP is that these features are very easy to understand and adopt and hence these are being extensively used by SPP Users
