Are you aware of the fact that 80+ Reports can be generated in Saral PayPack?

Saral PayPack provides you with as many options as you want so that you can generate the reports depending on your needs and requirements. The Reports menu in Saral PayPack gives you the options to generate Monthly Reports, Statutory Reports, TDS Reports, HR Reports, Additional Reports etc. as and when required.

14 Monthly Reports can be generated which include Pay slip, Advanced Pay slip, Salary Sheet, Salary Abstract, Bank statement, Bank statement (Component based), Bank Formats, Print Voucher, Attended Days Report, Over time, Variance Report, Additional Payments & Deductions, Component Details.

21 Statutory Reports (including 17 PF ESI Reports) can be generated which include, PF, ESI Reports, PT Reports, Form T, MLWF Report etc.

17 PF ESI Reports can be generated which includes reports like Monthly PF, Form 5, Form 10, Form 12 A, Form 3A, Form 6A, Form R1, PF Challan etc.

4 TDS Reports include Form 16, Statement of Total income, Salary Extract, and TDS Details etc. can be generated.

9 Additional Reports include Advance Reports, Leave, Salary Certificates, Open Salary Report, Bonus, Exgratia Reports. And Covering Letter for PF and Insurance also can be generated.

6 Employee Related Reports include Employee Profile, Employee details, Contact details, Date related reports, Label printing, Id card can be generated.

2 Reimbursement Reports include Bank statement and Bills details report.

HR Reports with all HR Details entered for an employee can be generated. Salary Export and Salary Summary can be generated for the selected employees.

All these reports can be generated in Quick and Excel formats
