Attendance Management in Saral PayPack

I. Attendance management system in Saral PayPack is comprehensive

  • Various methods of attendance management: You have the option to manage various attendance types in Saral PayPack i.e. leave register, Attendance daily, Attendance Hourly, or Attendance Monthly.
  • Allotment of Leaves: Allot various types of leaves based on your needs like allot them monthly or financial year wise or calendar year wise, or for a particular period.
  • Holiday Definition: Various holiday definitions can be defined and set to suit your needs like weekly holiday and general holiday. In addition to this, a first half or second half holiday can be defined.
  • Different over Time (OT) rates: Various types of OT rates can be defined and set for general holiday and working more than specified hours.

II. Continue to use your prevailing method of attendance management.
You can continue to use your prevailing method of attendance management system as SPP allows you to manage attendance either on monthly, daily or hourly basis.
III. Integrating attendance in  Saral PayPack is your choice

  • Tight Integration: When you choose this option, attendance register in Saral PayPack will be tightly coupled with number of days for salary calculation. For example, suppose employee ‘A’ takes 2 days LOP, system automatically computes 28 salary payable days.
  • Loose Integration: When you choose this option, you have the flexibility to enter number of days for salary calculation independent of entries in attendance register You can modify the Pay days and Present days in Monthly Salary Editor as and when required.
  • Partial Tight Integration: It is similar to tight integration, but you have the option of editing number of salary payable days even after system computes the same. 

IV. Attendance Integration can be customized to suit your automated attendance machine
In addition to this, if you are already using automated attendance management system we will customize and integrate your system with Saral PayPack.
