Saral PayPack - Version 3.15 Release Notes

Version 3.15 of Saral PayPack software has been released on 02^nd March 2008. The release notes are provided here for the reference.

1.  Support for Oracle backend will be removed.
2. Advanced Pay-slip enhancement.
   • Show ESI and PF Earning/Contributing amount.
   • Remove Employee ESI and Employee ESI YTD.
   • Show PF Voluntary in header.
   • Provide Backup/Restore.
   • Set default button move to settings.
   • Print zero value as nil etc, for advance, loan, leave, Reimbursement.
   • PF till date value (I.e. from DOJ till current month)
   • Provide Advance/Loan Date
   • Amount in word for any other amount.
   • 2 TDS Formats
3. HR Special dates
   • General option required for the special date to show current and previous month.
   • Update Import/Export to accommodate new options provided in special dates.
4. Arrears and salary adjustment bifurcating in arrears module.
5. Leave allotment and entry related testing and bug fixing.
6. TDS – Deductor master quarter wise entry.
7. For employees with PAN Applied status, TDS applicable and TDS Amount zero > e-Return should not be done.
8. Double click problem for Menu due to .Net form calling.
9. In Reporting, option should be there to generate Single File/Multiple File.
10. Segregated TDS amount should come in Reports for Other Reimbursement and Others.
11. Flexi Pay and Vol. PF amounts extrapolation to calculate taxable income.
12. Bank of Rajasthan Format has been provided in Bank formats.
13. Password made optional while creating new file in MYSQL backend.
14. “Not Exempted” option has been added in the Default Salary Head – Setting.
15. Chapter VI A importing.
16. In Insurance master removing TDS Ref (Other Deduction).
17. Help file updating to new version.
18. VPF has not been calculating for the employees, whose salary structure is changed from one to another.
19. In Advance Filter, when we select the salary – Graprov, Run Time Error was displaying.
20. While Importing the salary details, it is shown as imported successfully, but it is updating some other fields.
21. If the Employee Name has a special character, Run time error is being displayed while creating file for PF Department (Pack Now).
22. Theoretical salary is not getting updated, when the Attendance settings is set as Loose Integration.
23. Date wise increment bug fixed in MS SQL Back end.
24. Double click problem while selecting the options in menu due to .Net form calling.
25. In Leave Allotment, Opening Balance (if any) was displaying only after doing the allotment.
