Saral PayPack - Version 3.50 Release Notes

Version 3.50 of Saral PayPack software has been released on 04^th April 2008. The release notes are provided here for the reference.

1. New Registration

   • Premium: same as the current Advanced version
   • Professional : Enhanced version of Vethanam product
   • Standard: modified version of Standard version

4. Export of Declaration Form.
   • Exporting of employee details to Declaration Form.
   • Exporting Salary Information details to another sheet in declaration document.
   • Email of the document so exported to Employees.
5. Import of Declaration Form
   • Skip errors is removed
   • Selection of file to import
   • On Load of File - display of information in grid includes employee number and name.
6. Stop Newer version data file from opening in older version application.
7. Hiding of below feature if no data is entered in it.
   • External Head
   • Medical Reimbursement (Not the Medical Reimbursement option in Reimbursement module)
   • LTA (Not the LTA option in Reimbursement module)
8. Prompting a message to customer to move External head, Medical reimbursement & LTA data manually to Reimbursement module as these features will be removed from Saral PayPack in version 4.00.
9. In Quick Report -> Export to Excel will be removed.
10.  Standing Instruction Reports with additional formats are available.
11. Professional Version
    • Assign heads to salary structure will have different interface (Valid from and Valid to will not be given).
    • In Arrears - Only Salary Adjustment will be given.

13.  Standard Version
    • Same as Premium version but with a restriction of allowing only one file creation with a maximum of 300 employees.
    • Earlier there were many other restriction in  standard version, which will be removed.
14. In Trial version
    • All Quick Reports watermarks will be shown.
    • Excel, DOS and Bank Formats (Text file generator) reports will stop generating once fifth month is created. Further it will prompt a message saying “Not Available in Trial Version. Kindly Register to View”
    • TDS related report except Quick report none of the report will be allowed to generate.
    • Form 27A and Copy data will not be generated.
